Florena is a fermented skincare brand, celebrated for transforming natural ingredients into powerful skin nutrients through fermentation.

My role was to lead the conceptualisation and development of the refreshed visual identity, working closely with the Creative Director and client.

Brief: Refresh Florena’s digital presence to stand out on social media and connect with a younger audience while retaining its existing customer base.

Goal: Create a modern, cohesive visual identity optimised for digital touch-points.

Problem: The previous identity lacked consistency, felt dated, and failed to differentiate within the crowded beauty and wellness space.
